Through her
twenty years working with nonprofit, governmental and funding organizations,
Sam recognized that there is often a gap in communication and understanding between the funding community and the nonprofit community.
This realization led her to dedicate her professional life to bridging the gaps so that
donors can feel that they are making a differenece and nonprofits can successfully serve their mission.
Creating effective connections, providing innovative solutions, and working collaboratively with clients are the things that keep me motivated.
When I see the impact of people identifying ways to connect with their passions and seeing the results, I have a sense of both personal and professional satisfaction.
Sam has created innovative programs, coordinated diverse public-private partnerships, established community groups, managed volunteers, facilitated community conversations and led groups to community solutions.
Her experience across the spectrum of health and human services issues along with understanding the needs of both funders and nonprofits provide her with a unique, broad-based perspective. She has a strong background in strategic planning, connecting individuals with their passions, and nonprofit accountability.
Sam is committed to personal customer service and delivering results. Her creativity in identifying possible connections and leveraging opportunities serve her clients well.
Sam is a native of England and a proud graduate of the University of Texas. She is also trained in mediation. Her educational experiences bring a holistic approach to all that she does.
